Another Common Error

"Bemused" is not a more stylish and cool way of saying "amused." Bemused means confused or bewildered, so if you're bemused you are probably not amused!

Well, if enough people use it that way, it'll come to mean that. :) For my part, I can only ever remember seeing it (mis-, I guess) used to mean "amused" with a connotation of patronization or superiority. The heathens are taking over!
